For a GLOBAL SERVICES COMPANY, we supported the integration of their acquisition of an automotive services group by developing and implementing a 3 year growth strategy.

CAPITALWORKS conducted an assessment of the product and services portfolio, developed a target client, supporting sales and marketing efforts and established partnerships with niche IT service companies to both reduce cost and enhance their service portfolio. We then supported the design and development of their "shared service" product offering.

We completed the effort by building a new sales and distribution channel for their products and services with Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms.
