Knowledge Transfer is a fundamental practice at CAPITALWORKS. We offer the following workshops:

CAPITAL MANAGEMENT- EXECUTIVE WORKSHOP
This 1 day workshop provides executives with our Capital Management Model, its core activities, needed infrastructure and key implementation requirements. It allows the executive to complete a diagnostic on a key part of the operation and understand the dynamics of strategy and operations management and how to better communicate the value of an opportunity.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION
This intense 1-2 day workshop takes a group through the designing, planning and implementation process for a single initiative of their strategy. The group applies our tools and methods to assess implementation requirements, assess existing capital performance levels, identify risk and draw up an implementation and development plans and processes.

CAPITAL SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS
These 1-1.5 day programs address specific issues in any one of the following capital areas: human, relationship, organizational, financial or structural. The workshops focus on valuation activities and how to calculate capital requirements, establish an index and measure effects.

FACILITATED LEARNING WORSHOPS
