LEN BRZOZOWSKI
Brzozowski has business strategy management consulting experience with Cresap, McCormick and Paget in Washington, D.C., and McKinsey and Company in Cleveland. He purchased and orchestrated the turnaround and growth of Robotron Corp., a global producer of welding and induction heating systems. He also has had experience in manufacturing, engineering and service operations in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Mexico, Korea and Japan. He created joint venture organizations and managed acquisitions, divestitures and mergers. He is a published author and frequent public speaker on leadership, innovation and change.
