CAPITALWORKS supported a GLOBAL IT AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS company with a product integration program with a global rail transportation provider. The effort required an assessment of market requirements, a review of product performance specifications, identifying component capability and then developing a product configuration and development program in time for a pilot program.

In addition to the focus on the new product, CAPITALWORKS conducted a series of workshops to develop the level of partnership and relationship capital required by the venture.
