PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Designed to client specifications, a collaborative team is formed. It is given the needed authority and the appropriate infrastructure to manage the implementation process, resolve problems and optimize overall progress and performance.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - Metrics, their measurement and the reporting system are integrated to provide a dashboard on value creation, implementation success and the needed feedback to all stakeholders in the strategy at all levels of the organization.

RECOVERY: Things will change during implementation and some initiatives will begin to fall below expectations in terms of timing, resource consumption and value delivered. Targeted support interventions are designed and rapidly deployed to recover an under-performing initiative or an organizational unit.
