ORGANIZATION VALUE ANALYSIS - For the overall strategy and plan, identify the key functions and processes that are critical to the implementation success of the strategy. The efficiency and effectiveness of the function, its processes and procedures are measured than an infrastructure development plan is put in place to cover areas of risk. PROGRAM REVIEW - For the many programs that will already be in a stage of implementation, assess their success and contribution to the strategy and alter the scope of these efforts in line with new initiatives. INITIATIVE REQUIREMENTS - For each key initiative in the strategy determine the capital requirements (human, financial, relationship, structural and organizational) for successful implementation. If there are weaknesses, a tactical capital development plan is developed and implemented ensuring that the capability is in place in time for the required activity. MASTER IMPLEMENTATION PLAN - Design the execution program and process for the new strategy, integrating all parallel development plans and existing programs. Establish clear roles and responsibilities, timelines and establish a standard problem-solving/performance recovery program. CAPITALWORKS assists in preparing the organization for success by valuing the strengths of the organization, surfacing potential weaknesses, aligning and integrating new and existing programs to ensure the value potential can be realized. |
